At Parkers Arms the menus are based on seasosal local ingredients. Hearty regional fare cooked and served with our individual stamp. Sample our ice creams, bread, preserves, cordials and biscuits. We even make our own crackers to serve with delicious local cheeses. Our butter is from Ingleton, lamb beef and pork from The Trough of Bowland, milk from Gisburn, fish from Fleetwood, the Lune river and Lancaster, w e could carry on listing for ever but that would waste precious eating time.
