At parkersarms the menus are based on seasonal local ingredients. Hearty regional and global fare cooked and served with our individual stamp. The rich “terroir” of the Trough of Bowland enables us to celebrate food with wonderful array of produce. Eating at Parkers is an altogether relaxed affair. We have a standard seasonally changing menu of Parkers pub perenials, a daily 3 course set menu and a constantly changing seasonal specials menu.
We prepare on site our pastries, ice creams, bread, cakes, jams, chutneys, crackers, biscuits, chocolates as well as our very famous hand raised pies and pasties.
As all food is prepared from fresh on premises we cater for vegans, vegetarians and all food allergies. Should you have any special dietary needs please do not hesitate to let us know and given a little time in advance we will accommodate you as best as possible.
