Home cured & smoked Newton wild duck, Orange dressing, winter leaves salad GF
Devilled whipped brown crab meat parfait, Granny Smith slaw

White fish of the day, warm blood orange & rapeseed oil dressing GF
Charcoal grilled rump of Bowland beef served MR, Roasted shallots, confit mushroom ketchup, Bordelaise sauce 22 Lancashire 3 cheese soufflé tart, Butter roasted greens GF V

All above served with choice of smoked buttered potatoes or triple cooked chips

For Valentines Day & evening bookings 50% non refundable deposit will be required. Balance to be paid 1 week before the event.
Please note no shows will be charged the full amount on the day
